modern art interpertation

When I look at this piece I am reminded of nature and in an abstract way my childhood. The two pieces on the bottom give of a soil vibe. The one to the left looks to me like red clay above a layer of brown country stone and the one on the right like a steam of coal atop sandstone. While I like these pieces the two ton the top appeal more to me especially the upper right. These are reminiscent of landscapes the left being like a seascape with looming thunder clouds and my favorite on the right looking like a stand of birth trees above a cross section of the underlying soils. Above all they remind of the game Minecraft, the simple earthy colors and blocky construction. Growing up my brother and I played a lot of Minecraft so these pieces remind me of a simpler time in my life.
